I grew up in the small town of Arnprior, ON, in a home with parents who practiced holistic modalities and who were dedicated to supporting the wellness of others. I have always loved working with people and had the desire to support others. In September of 2020 I decided I needed a change from my small town, so I packed up everything and moved to Nelson, BC. I did some exploring and traveling, and I met so many amazing people along the way. To further explore the culture and see more of the beautiful sights British Columbia has to offer, I moved to Fairmont in August of 2021. After about two months of living in Fairmont, I was diagnosed with stage 2 Lymphoma. After being diagnosed with cancer at such a young age I came to recognize the importance of health and wellness for all aspects including mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. This experience showed me how short life can be. Once I finished chemotherapy and received the all clear, I decided I needed to be surrounded by positive energy and a stress free environment. For me Prana represents life force energy, it is our breath. After receiving a few treatments, I can say that I feel more relaxed and can breathe better. This place feels like home.
